Terms of service
Last updated 7 August 2026. LaneBatch is operated by Dario Verghi, trading as LeanAI Studio. Using the site means accepting these terms.
What the service is
LaneBatch reads a spreadsheet of freight lanes, estimates a road distance for each lane, and computes a customer rate from rate information you supply, either as a file of your own won quotes or as a rate per mile you enter. It returns those rates in a grid you can edit, and, on a paid plan, writes them back into your file.
The rates are yours, not advice
Every number LaneBatch produces is arithmetic over inputs you provided. It is not a market rate, not a benchmark, not a recommendation and not financial advice, and it does not become any of those by appearing in a grid. You are responsible for the rates you quote to your customers and for checking them before you send them.
Distances are estimates, described as such throughout the product, and are not routed mileage. Do not use them where an exact mileage is contractually required without checking them against your own source.
Payment
The paid plan is $199 per month, billed by Stripe, with no minimum term. It renews monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel yourself at any time from the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves access running to the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are not automatic, but if the product did not do what this site says it does, email and you will get one.
Availability
This is an early-stage product from a one-person studio. It is offered without any uptime commitment and without a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. It may change, and it may be withdrawn, though not without notice to anyone paying for it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim relating to LaneBatch is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
